Very good lens. Not the best one Canon offers but does exactly what I needed. I considered buying the canonical 1.4 L to about 24 millimeters a year, but could not justify the price. I could buy three of these for the price of the 24mm. I wanted a little light good, fast lens with candid shots, take the crappy flash on the camera. The filter is very thin which gives good result at the corners of the pictures.This means there are no more shades around the pictures especially with wide angle captures. Although this thin rim of the lens causes another problem: Original Nikon lens cap does not fit in the filter. There fore I have to protect it with its own rubber cap.

I hooked it up in 10 minutes.The picture at first was great but it was very dim.The next day I called sony and they said to turn off the light sensor. POW.The picture went from great to incredible.It was a bright, sharp, as 3D. Cable is terific and Blue Ray's are stunning.I put in I Robot and the images looked like I was on the movie set watching it get filmed.The sound is great and sounds like youre in the threatre. .

hi. i was waiting to get the upcoming canon 7d to replace my rebel xti, but when i realized that it was not full frame and with 18 mp, i decide to get a 5d before it gets out of stock.I Got Mine 5 days ago. i used it for the last 3 days and i am amazed with the image quality.It is impressive for a camera for more than 3 years old. probably still on the top 5.It is strongly recommended. get one before out of stock and price goes crazy..

I have been using this for 5 months now..The picture quality is very good.I only have one small problem with the sound. There is a considerable delay in the sound from when the baby cries to when you hear it on the handset.Not make any less noise than a slogan (which can be good for some people:). Other than that i have no issues..

These are great caps for me and I haven't had any trouble with them staying on, albeit all my lenses are Canon.The problem is that I take them off and forget where I laid it or, in one case, I put one in my pocket and forgot it...didn't fare well in the dryer!!! The only smart thing I have done is order an extra and keep it in a zippered pocket in my case...now if I don't forget where the extra is.:).
