The mx620 is a great mouse. I got it because it had a $20 rebate. It has worked flawlessly on most any surface I use it on.I use it for a home theater setup with a computer. Everything is done through the computer so it was important the mouse worked well. I had problems in the past with mice recognizing surfaces and with how far from the computer the mouse could get.Range of issues has been resolved. I've used the mx620 mouse at least 20 feet away regularly. Couple months after purchase and still on the first battery.I have just one bank that seems to recognize a half times.
